🎵 Singo Bingo generator
A self-serve music-bingo event kit — cards, host pack, and timing all generated from an organiser’s own song list and target game length. Built first as a one-off for Love Where You Live (29 Aug 2026), now being turned into a reusable tool with a hard rule: zero paid API calls at runtime, so it costs nothing to run.
🧭 Tiered triage for frontline workers
A tool to help frontline and volunteer staff point people to the correct service fast — useful opening questions, a way to find the actual root cause behind a request, not just the surface one. Backed by a real local signposting directory already gathered for Layton.
🧸 Teddy Bear Check-Up Clinic
A hands-on activity for community events — children bring a teddy in for a “check-up,” which opens the door to talking with families about real access-to-services support. Doubles as a simple way to generate voluntary-impact figures for funders.
🥫 Layton Larder
A community food membership scheme, with a simple Google Sheets-based system tracking members, dietary needs, and stamps/rewards — built to run without needing dedicated admin software.

An admin-time-reduction tool built for a local organisation, designed to keep running well without needing much of my ongoing time to maintain it.
📝 Clear language tool
A plain-English rewriting tool for third-sector groups, built to help small organisations turn dense or jargon-heavy text into something residents will actually read and understand.
📊 UK City of Culture 2029 — evidence briefing
An evidence-based report assembling the outcomes, criticisms, and funding realities of past UK City of Culture host cities, alongside Blackpool’s 2029 longlisted bid — an example of the research and briefing work behind the scenes.
